1.Overview
Ductile iron QT450-10 are carbon exists in the form of spherical graphite, which is far better than the mechanical properties of gray iron to steel. It has excellent casting, machining and wear resistance, have a certain degree of flexibility, widely used in the manufacture of the crankshaft, gear, piston, and a variety of advanced casting machine parts.
 

2, Application
Nodular graphite cast iron QT450-10 is a nodular graphite cast iron with high toughness and plasticity. At low temperature, the ductile to brittle transition, but the low temperature impact value is higher, and there is a certain anti temperature and corrosion resistance. Wider use, in agricultural machinery used to plough, a plow column, differential housing, and other; valve, high and low pressure cylinder used as general machinery; also can be used for transmission line steel cap and so on.
